Terms of Use
These terms apply when you download or play Boltly (“the game”), made by Mehmet Kaş (“we”). By playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
Using the game
- We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.
- Please do not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer the game, or use cheats, bots or other tools that interfere with how it works.
- The game, its art, sounds, levels and name belong to us or our licensors. The App Store and Google Play terms also apply to your download.
Coins, boosters and purchases
- Coins, boosters and other in-game items have no money value, cannot be exchanged for real money and cannot be transferred to another player. They exist only inside the game.
- If the game offers in-app purchases, they are processed and charged by Apple or Google under their terms. Refund requests go through the store you bought from. This does not limit any right you have under the consumer law of your country.
- Your progress is saved on your device. There is no account, so uninstalling the game or changing phones can lose progress and items, including purchased ones that cannot be restored by the store.
Ads
Some versions of the game may show advertising, for example a short video you can choose to watch for a reward. Ads come from third-party networks; what they collect is described in the privacy policy.
Changes and availability
We may update the game, change or remove features, levels or items, or stop offering it. We may also update these terms; the date at the top will change, and continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
No warranty, limited liability
The game is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running well but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Kullanım Şartları
Bu şartlar Boltly'yi (“oyun”) indirdiğinizde veya oynadığınızda geçerlidir; oyunu Mehmet Kaş (“biz”) geliştirmiştir. Oyunu oynayarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen oyunu kullanmayın.
Oyunun kullanımı
- Size, sahip olduğunuz veya kullandığınız cihazlarda oyunu kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla oynamanız için kişisel, münhasır olmayan ve devredilemeyen bir lisans veriyoruz.
- Lütfen oyunu kopyalamayın, değiştirmeyin, yeniden satmayın veya tersine mühendislik uygulamayın; oyunun işleyişine müdahale eden hile, bot veya başka araçlar kullanmayın.
- Oyun, görselleri, sesleri, bölümleri ve adı bize veya lisans verenlerimize aittir. İndirme işleminiz için App Store ve Google Play şartları da geçerlidir.
Altınlar, güçlendiriciler ve satın alımlar
- Altınlar, güçlendiriciler ve diğer oyun içi öğelerin parasal değeri yoktur; gerçek paraya çevrilemez ve başka bir oyuncuya aktarılamaz. Yalnızca oyunun içinde vardır.
- Oyun uygulama içi satın alma sunarsa, ödeme Apple veya Google tarafından kendi şartlarına göre alınır. İade talepleri satın aldığınız mağaza üzerinden yapılır. Bu, ülkenizin tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
- İlerlemeniz cihazınızda kaydedilir. Hesap olmadığı için oyunu silmek veya telefon değiştirmek, mağazanın geri yükleyemediği satın alınmış öğeler dahil, ilerlemenin ve öğelerin kaybolmasına yol açabilir.
Reklamlar
Oyunun bazı sürümlerinde reklam gösterilebilir; örneğin ödül karşılığında izlemeyi seçebileceğiniz kısa bir video. Reklamlar üçüncü taraf ağlardan gelir; topladıkları veriler gizlilik politikasında anlatılır.
Değişiklikler ve erişim
Oyunu güncelleyebilir; özellikleri, bölümleri veya öğeleri değiştirebilir ya da kaldırabilir veya oyunu sunmayı bırakabiliriz. Bu şartları da güncelleyebiliriz; üstteki tarih değişir ve değişiklikten sonra oynamaya devam etmeniz yeni şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Garanti yoktur, sorumluluk sınırlıdır
Oyun “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Oyunun iyi çalışması için çaba gösteririz, ancak her zaman erişilebilir veya hatasız olacağını garanti edemeyiz. Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde, oyunun kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu şartlardaki hiçbir hüküm, kanunen sınırlanamayan sorumluluğu ortadan kaldırmaz.
Gizlilik
Oyunun verileri nasıl işlediği gizlilik politikasında anlatılır.
